Each room also offers the convenience of a kitchenette for your comfort and ease. Outside, residents and families enjoy our inviting and lush courtyard and a spacious backyard adorned with beautiful garden beds. Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Tawas Retirement Village, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
Our memory care program, Along the Journey, goes beyond the physical, focusing on emotional well-being, comfort, and respect for residents and families. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual's story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we're here for every step of the journey.
Short-Term Respite Care
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Today, Tawas Village celebrated Glenn and Kay’s wedding anniversary alongside the wonderful team at Optimal Care Hospice! ❤️ We celebrated in style with festive decorations, delicious cookies and snacks, refreshing drinks, music, shared stories, and plenty of laughter.
